i was quite happy with the rooms. my room was spacious and clean. the room included water and a coffeemaker. soap and shampoo refills were readily available.
the check-in staff member was unfriendly. the male receptionist was not hospitable. a female colleague had to assist him with being friendly. the room smelled of cigarette smoke, it was unpleasant.

i received an upgrade to a beautiful double room! it was very spacious. the hotel has direct beach access. the staff were all very friendly and always helpful.
i found the furniture to be a little old.

The breakfast had a good selection (i loved the pastries). Servers were attentive at the outdoor seating with a great view. The pools were great to relax in. It is disappointing they closed relatively early though. The free parking was a significant plus.
I found the beach needed attention. Its present condition looked uncared for (this may be due to the receding shoreline).

the hotel has five swimming pools one has a big spiral water slide. the hotel has its own beach i could access it easily. there are two laptops in the coffee shop i used them to do some of my work.
the food was not up to the mark. i booked breakfast and dinner the dinner was very bad quality the first night. salads were not fresh meat and hot choices were cold no beverages were offered on dinner.
